Roles we hire for
Ongoing opportunities.
Calibration Technician
Scans and diagnostics, ADAS calibration and diagnostics, and general automotive work. All ADAS-specific training is provided by our master ADAS technicians and programming staff — you'll build a well-rounded knowledge base of everything Level 5 does.
Service Advisor
Own the day-to-day customer interactions, scheduling, and estimating for every vehicle in the shop. Organization is paramount — you keep cars moving in and out same-day. A background in body-shop estimating or insurance adjusting is preferred.
Logistics Specialist
Safely pick up and deliver vehicles to and from our partner shops before and after service. Requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, comfort with manual transmissions, and a working cell phone to coordinate with the team.
Level 5 Liaison (Outside Sales)
Generate revenue through outside sales — identify potential clients, build and maintain relationships, understand each shop's needs, and present tailored solutions that match Level 5's quality of work.
